But lawyers say we need more words, so here they are:
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Lonely Chapter website (lonelychapterletters.com) and the purchase of our letter series. By using our website or purchasing our letters, you agree to these terms.
The Lonely Chapter is operated by Tony Ludwig, located in Stillwater, Minnesota. You can reach us at ludwigad@productmanagerhub.io.
Fair Use: We're reasonable about fair use. Sharing a meaningful quote with a friend or discussing our content online is fine. Posting entire letters on social media is not.
Your privacy is important to us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
What This Means: If something goes wrong, the most you can recover from us is what you paid for your letters. We're not responsible for how our letters affect your life decisions.
When We Update Terms:
We May Terminate Service If:
These terms are governed by Minnesota state law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in Minnesota courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us. They supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
